🔸️At GlowMud, we strive to provide high-quality natural skincare products made with carefully selected ingredients. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

➡️Returns

🔸️Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

. However, returns may be accepted in the following cases:

1. Wrong product delivered

2. Damaged product received

3. Product leakage during delivery

4. Missing item in the package


🔴Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

. Order ID

1. Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging


🔴 Refunds

1. Once the issue is verified by our team, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing.

🔴Non-Refundable Situations

1. Refunds or returns will not be accepted if:

3. Customer dislikes fragrance/texture/results

4. Incorrect address provided by customer

5. Delivery failed due to customer unavailability

1. Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
